Simply schedule your pickup through our website, and we will collect your laundry at a time that’s convenient for you. After cleaning, we deliver your items back to you on the same day.

Place your order by 1:00 PM to receive it on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be picked up and delivered the next day.

Selangor and KL area only. We’re starting with Selangor and KL, but stay tuned for more locations coming soon!

To secure your preferred time slot, especially during busy periods, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible. 

Same-Day Delivery – Place your order before 1:00 PM for same-day service.

Next-Day Delivery – Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day pick-up and delivery.

• Only machine-washable items are accepted. Items requiring handwashing, dry cleaning, or special care will not be accepted.
• Check Instructions: Please double-check your washing and care instructions before submitting your order.
• Weight/Size Limitations: Ensure your laundry complies with the weight/size restrictions specified for each package.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
• No Flammable Items: Strictly no flammable or hazardous materials should be included in your laundry.
• We are not responsible for damage due to:
  Color bleeding, shrinkage, fabric wear, or pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose threads, weak fabric, missing buttons).
  Damage to delicate fabrics, rubber-backed materials, or non-washable labels.
• Customers are responsible for checking pockets and removing valuables. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left in clothing.
  Once confirmed order, no cancellations, refunds, or re-washes will be provided.
• Items that exceed weight limits, do not fit in the bag, or require special care will be returned unwashed without a refund.
• In case of disputes, our decision is final.

• No Cancellations After order has been confirmed/Pickup.
• No Refunds for Completed Services
• Due to the nature of our service, refunds will not be provided once the laundry has been processed.
• Service Issues & Compensation: If an error occurs due to our handling, we will review the case and provide a resolution at our discretion.
• Items that exceed weight limits, do not fit in the bag, or require special care will be returned unwashed without a refund.
• Unclaimed Items: If laundry is not collected within 7 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or donate the items without compensation.
