LaundryBar Pick-Up Challenge Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the LaundryBar Pick-Up Challenge (the “Contest”). By participating, you agree to follow and accept these terms. LaundryBar reserves the right to amend the terms at any time.
2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents.
3. Contest Period

The Contest starts on 8 April 2025 and ends on 5 May 2025.

All entries submitted after 5 May 2025, 11:59 PM will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, follow these steps:

Post a photo of your laundry pile or laundry struggles on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

Include the caption: “I need a LaundryBar pick-up!”

Tag and follow @LaundryBarxAUTOMAID on the respective platform.

Use the hashtag #LaundryBarPickupChallenge.
5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected from each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) each week.

Winners will be chosen based on creativity and adherence to the Contest mechanics.

Winners will be announced within seven days after the weekly contest period ends.
6. Prizes

One winner per platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) will receive a one-time free pick-up and delivery service for their laundry.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods.
7. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced publicly — stay tuned!

After the announcement, contact us via WhatsApp at +60 12-920 8017 or DM us.

Make sure your account is public for us to PM you.

You must respond within 7 days to claim your prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the prize.
8. Terms of Participation
By entering this Contest, participants consent to:

The use of their submitted photos and personal data for marketing purposes, including being featured on LaundryBar’s social media channels.

Complying with all Contest rules and respecting the decisions of LaundryBar, which are final and binding.
9. General Terms

LaundryBar reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, inappropriate content, or failure to meet the Contest mechanics.

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

LaundryBar reserves the right to amend or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
10. Liability Disclaimer
LaundryBar is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from participation in the Contest, including any issues related to the delivery of the prize.
